- Brian D. Heskamp - Associate
Brian is an associate practicing primarily in complex civil litigation. His experience includes involvement in litigating a broad range of commercial disputes such as insurance coverage actions including long-tail environmental and asbestos coverage actions, contract disputes, and disputes involving business-related torts. He also has extensive experience in litigating civil rights cases, particularly under the Fair Housing Act. Brian has practiced in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.
Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude from Bowling Green State University in 2003, and a Master of Public Administration from Bowling Green State University in 2005. He received a law degree magna cum laude from the Ave Maria School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Brian served as the Executive Notes Editor of the Ave Maria Law Review and was honored to be selected by the students and faculty to deliver the student commencement address.
