- Jodi D. Spencer - Shareholder
Jodi practices primarily in the area of insurance coverage. She advises and represents corporate policyholders in liability and first-party insurance matters. She also represents individuals and corporations in commercial matters, class action suits and property disputes.
Jodi is active in the ABA Section of Litigation, Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee, where she currently serves as a co‑chair of the Programming Subcommittee. During 2007-2009, she served as a co‑chair of the Young Lawyers Subcommittee. She is listed in Ohio Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.
Jodi received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University in 1997 and a law degree from The University of Toledo cum laude in 2001. She was a Note and Comment Editor for The University of Toledo Law Review. She is a member of the Order of the Coif.
