- Kimberly J. Todd - Associate
Kim is part of the national products liability discovery team for a major manufacturer. Kim’s practice focuses on products liability, litigation management, and electronic discovery. She also has extensive experience in electronic discovery, serving as project manager for a document-management program used in large-scale, multi-state litigation.
Before entering private practice, Kim was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James L. Graham of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Kim received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Bowling Green State University in 1993 and a law degree magna cum laude from The University of Toledo College of Law in 1998. She was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1998.
