- Nicole K. Schwieterman - Shareholder
Nicole practices in the areas of litigation management, business litigation and products liability litigation. She serves on the national discovery team for a major manufacturer’s products liability litigation, including the coordination of all discovery and document production, resolution of discovery disputes, and witness preparation. Nicole has developed and administered policies regarding document retention and procedures for the protection of trade secrets. She has also developed strategies to leverage technology to promote efficiency and consistency in the discovery process.
Before joining the firm, Nicole was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Ronald E. Hadley at the Third District Court of Appeals and the Honorable James D. Jensen at the Lucas County Common Pleas Court. Nicole received a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in 1996 and a law degree cum laude from The University of Toledo College of Law in 1999. She was a member of the Moot Court Team.
